Living/dining room with a roof terrace and view of the Corvatsch mountain and a smaller balcony with view of Maloja. Fireplace, TV, radio and phone. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. One double room, shower/toilet/sink, access to the roof terrace. Gallery: separate double room, bath/toilet/sink. French size bed on the gallery. Comfortable, modern furnishing. Marble floors. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Corvatsch 3, built in 1990, is a typical Engadine house at the centre of Silvlaplana. Grocery, post office, bank, tourist office and restaurants are reachable within 5-10 minutes by foot. Cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.

all communications come in German unless you go through the Booking app to use the automated translation. St-Moritz is meant to be international. But very friendly and nice communications, no big deal. I had sent a message in advance to announce us arriving on 16:30. Then I sent a message on the road when asked to reconfirm. But we had a phone call in German to check on us and make sure that we would arrive before close of business. I think that was unnecessary. I was not explained the laundry machine. apparently it was in the basement. The appartment has magnificent views and a great space. The living room, kitchen, and rooms are well equipped. wifi and tv are great. The add on Booking did not explain well that the 3rd bed room with a signle bed was actually a mezzanine fully open on the living room with no shutter (early day light). The main problem are the pillows (scarce, small, old). The bed in master is quite tough but still ok if the pillows were right . The heating system is impossible to tune. I had to turn off the ground heating system on electrical board to try and reduce the heat. Everything was extremely clean and well maintain. Thank you

sehr freundliche Begrüssung und Empfang; kleinere schriftliche Fragen wurden in windeseile und vollumfänglich beantwortet; ein Babystuhl avisiert und perfekt bereitgestellt; da wir an einem Tag mit einsetzendem Schneefall anreisten, fänden wir besonders erwähnenswert, dass man vom Tiefgaragenplatz bequem trockenen Fusses via Aufzug mit dem gesamten Gepäck auf die Wohnungsetage gelangt; das hat uns natürlich sehr positiv überrascht;

Top Service, sehr freundlich! Wir sind es uns von LOGA nicht anders gewohnt ;-) - Ecksofa ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen und durchgesessen. - Dei Wohnung ist so gross, da sammelt sich an gewissen Orten Staub, welcher halt übersehen wird. Beides Punkte die jetzt nicht wirklich schlimm sind, aber ein gewisses Verbesserungspotential hätten ;-) Die Wohnung ist sonst absolut top und wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher zurück.

Wir kennen LOGA schon seit vielen Jahren, immer alles tiptop Leider war die von uns gebuchte Wohnung nicht nach unserem Geschmack, alt, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Matratzen ziemlich hart usw. Nach einem Anruf auf der Hotline am Sonntag morgen meldete sich Herr Clavadätscher und organisierte im Nu die Wohnung 3/47, die wir am Sonntag Nachmittag bezogen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Clavadätscher für die schnelle unkomplizierte Umbuchung und das noch an einem Sonntag. sehr schöne grosszügige Wohnung, gut eingerichtet. Heizung zum Teil etwas schwach eingestellt. Beim Föhn sollte der Stecker gewechselt werden, Wackelkontakt.

Ich hatte das Gefühl als Gast geschätzt zu sein. Das ist für den ersten Kontakt wichtig. Wiedersehen mit Freude. Sowie den nötigen Angaben für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im schönen Engadin Herzlichen Dank an Frau Gnani. Sie findet immer wieder einen Termin, der für den Aufenthalt im Engadin passt. Wunderbare Wohnung in allen Belangen, bis auf die Bratpfannen. Bis auf eine Pfanne haben alle runde Böden. Wenn wir etwas anbraten wollen, haben wir jeweils grossen Spass diejenige zu finden, die man gebrauchen kann. Herzliche Grüsse an das gante Team und den aufgestellten Chef Junior.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und angenehm. Ein kleines minus könnte man der Ausstattung der Küche geben. Z.B. die Pfannen sind nicht optimal, bei einer Pfanne ist der Stiel zur Hälfte abgebrochen. Die Böden von den drei von uns gebrauchten Pfannen sind uneben und brauchen viel Strom und Zeit bis der Inhalt gar gekocht ist. Das könnte besser sein. Sonst ist Wohnung in allen Belangen sehr behaglich. Danke.
