In the commune of Fitou, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² apartment and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows :
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and access to terrace
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters, unheated, secured by a gate that must remain closed at all times. Open from June 1 to September 30. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.
- A 10 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 300 m² south-facing garden planted with trees, shared with an adjoining apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in Fitou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Activities on the Corbières side: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, visits to Catalan heritage sites (fortress, vineyards) etc...
- Seaside activities: jet skiing, boating, relaxing on the beach, water sports, parasailing, water park...
- Events : Les Gouffres des Corbières, La réserve de Sigean, Electrobeach in July...
- Spain 20 min by car

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle) accessible via a gate with digicode, or in the public parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 28 km (27 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 26 km (26 min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
