"La Belle Etoile" is ideally located between La Roche Bernard (10 minutes away) and Pénestin (15 minutes away), close to the Vilaine for hiking and the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy the beach and its amenities.

The maisonette is not semi-detached with its independent entrance.

Possibility to accommodate 2 additional people thanks to the convertible sofa bed in the living room.

First floor 24m2: Entrance, WC, living room (flat screen TV) and equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator)
Floor: Landing with shower room, washing machine and beautiful attic bedroom (180x200 bed 5* hotel quality)
Outside: secure parking space and independent terrace (bbq, garden table and chairs)

25€ for the supply of optional bed and/or bath linen.
40€ mandatory cleaning fee so you don't have to worry about this point. Our cleaning staff manages and prepares the gîte for the next occupant.
