The property is an old farmhouse from 1740 renovated with care and authenticity, exposed beams and sandstone.

The apartment of 90 m² is located in the center of the village 100 m from the bakery, pharmacy and a small grocery store offering local products.

For insurance reasons, the capacity of the accommodation may not exceed 4 people, including babies. You will therefore have to count the babies as children at the time of booking.
A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge.

The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance-kitchen-living room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The living room is equipped with 2 leather armchairs and a sofa convertible in bed 140 x 200 cm.

The floor has a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet,
a bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm and a telework tablet, wifi and RJ45,
a room with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm and a telework desk, wifi and RJ45.

The Gîte is not suitable for the organisation of parties. Only travellers counted at the time of booking access to the accommodation.

The pool is not supervised.
The pool area is open from 10am to 7pm from early June to end August.
The pool is not heated and shared.

Dogs are not allowed in the pool area (even on a leash).

No outdoor music

There is a shared playground with a trampoline.

Towels (10 €/set) and bed linen (10 €/single bed 90x200-15 €/double bed 140x200 and 160 x 200 cm) are available with a supply.
Beds are ready like at the hotel for 15€/single bed-20€/double bed).

Pets (dog or cat) are welcome (20€/animal + 5 €/night), dogs have to be kept on a leash. Only socialized dogs are welcome.

Your vehicle is parked safely in the property.
The rental price does not include charging of electric vehicles. We kindly ask you to charge your vehicles at the charging stations provided for this purpose (opposite the town hall).
