The 80 sqm chalet has 2 large bedrooms in the master bedroom is a large water bed, a large built-in closet TV and air conditioning, the other bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large built-in closet, TV and air conditioning, it has 2 modern bathrooms, one with a direct Access from the master bedroom. This has a bath, shower, modern sink and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, modern sink and toilet.
Small separate fully equipped kitchen.
The rustic, tastefully furnished living room with TV, desk, comfortable seating area and separate dining area with large dining table with direct access to the spacious terrace with a beautifully landscaped garden.
The terrace has a garden table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a large awning.
In addition to the rental price there is a one-time fee of 80 euros for the final cleaning, which is due when the keys are handed over.
The rental price of 60 € is extra for 2 people, each additional person 5 € per day. All extra costs are due when the keys are handed over.

Das Chalet ist großzügig und mit herrlichem alten Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Hier hat jemand ein echtes Schmuckstück gemacht. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles voll funktionsfähig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung bzw. das Ferienhaus war mit Kakerlaken befallen. Wir haben Ihnen dies bereits per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Leider erfolgte bis dato von Ihnen keinerlei Reaktion.Es ist eine Zumutung derlei Ferienhäuser zu vermieten. Wir haben nach einem Tag eine super Wohnung ohne Ungezieferbefall bei einem uns schon seit Jahren bekannten Anbieter auf Fuerteventura angemietet. Bedauerlich ist, dass bei einem offensichtlich bestehenden Regressanspruch unsererseits kein Wort bzgl. einer Entschädigung Ihrerseits erfolgt. Sollten Sie sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen wollen, so können wir Ihnen gerne einen kleinen Ausschnitt über den Kakerlakenbefall per Foto zukommen lassen.

Emplacement satisfaisant

Négatif : pas une seule bouteille d'eau pour notre arrivée tardive. Pas de savon(main, gel douche ou autres). Pas de produit entretien (ex liquide vaisselle).Pas de rideau occultant dans les chambres (car pas de volet). Beaucoup de maison sur l'île propose ce genre de prestations mais pas celle ci. Un problème de wifi qui a été réglé au bout de 2 jours par le papa de la propriétaire. Ainsi que le rétablissement de l'eau chaude. Par contre dans 1 des chambres, la clim est tombé en panne. Silence radio de la propriétaire malgré nos relances. Positif : endroit calme et bonne literie

Deben de mejorar mucho la limpieza

Le falta muchísima limpieza (sábanas sucias nada más llegar) varias cucarachas. La TV estaba solo en alemán, porque la que se ve en el salón no funciona bien. La dueña no nos recepcionó solo una vecina y al irnos no conseguimos contactar con los dueños. Tuvimos un percance una noche, se llevaron ropa y nos llamaron a la puerta a las 3 de la mañana, aunque me puse en contacto con la dueña no tuve mucha respuesta, solo que le había pasado algo parecido a un vecino. No se preocupó, no volvió a contactar con nosotros.

Eine schöne und erholsame Zeit

Wir sind angenehm überrascht gewesen, der Bungalow ist wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles was man für den Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil ohne weiteres empfehlen und werden es auch gerne wieder buchen. Es ist alles notwendige in der Nähe und den Strand kann man entspannt zu Fuß erreichen. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Ansonsten war es ein drumherum fantastischer dreiwöchiger Urlaub. Vielen Dank an unsere Verwalter Annett und Thomas.

the house was dirty and full of ants coming out of the walls there were no sheets and traditional pillows I expect that if I go into a house there is linen and not covered with coating the owner after payment of the reservation asks you for more money and not a few justifying them cleaning does not mention the figures first

großzügiges, komfortables Domizil, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen

große sonnige Terasse, gute Ausstattung, z.B. 2 Wasserbetten in einem Schlafraum, 2 gut funktionierende Bäder persönlicher Parkplatz vor dem Haus netter Empfangsservice trotz großer Verspätung unsererseits Küche etwas klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.
