The Villa Gudrun in Boltenhagen is a beautiful old beach villa which was built at the beginning of the last century just behind the dunes. Between 1 300 m² plot of rural land and the beach only still a public promenade, the beach promenade runs. Closer to the Baltic Sea you can not live in Boltenhagen. The apartment comprises the upper floors - The ground floor apartment has a separate entrance and is currently one of us (the owners) are used rarely. In the summer and on warm days, you can make use of the large balcony - in winter, the romance of the roaring fireplace is enhanced by the beautiful view from the window. The center of the seaside resort Boltenhagen there are just 8 minutes walk, many cafes and cozy restaurants and small boutiques are right on track. Parking for cars and Fährräder exist.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Familienaufenthalt ideal. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin empfing uns unkompliziert und gab uns die Möglichkeit das gesamte Grundstück zu nutzen. Die super Lage des Hauses ist wirklich in erster Reihe zum Strand. Die Wohnung selbst lies keine Wünsche offen. Große Panoramafenster gaben den Blick in Richtung Ostsee frei. Obwohl das Wetter regnerisch und kühl war, genossen wir die Urlaubstage. Danke an Familie Albrecht für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Villa in alter Bäderarchitektur, direkt an der Strandpromenade, zwar mit vielen Treppen - aber dafür super Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Etwas kleine Küche, schöner Balkon zur Seeseite.

Eine wundervolle Woche

Wir - 5 erwachsene Mitglieder einer Familie- haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Gudrun sehr genossen. Sehr angenehme Unterbringung in einem schönen und liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus mit allem, was der Mensch so braucht. Morgens auf dem Balkon die Ostseeluft und den Sonnenaufgang genießen ( wer gern früh aufsteht) in Minutenschnelle am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Bummeln, Café oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir sind in Boltenhagen jederzeit freundlich und entgegenkommend behandelt worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sofort in das Haus verliebt als wir die Beschreibung sahen! Die ganze Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll bis in die Letzte Ecke gestaltet. Alles , was man für ein paar Ferientage benötigt ist da. Und die Aussicht auf die Ostsee von zwei Schlafzimmern aus ist einfach nur schön. So haben wir (5 Erwachsene) unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen

Für große Leute(über 1,80 m) ist die autarke dachwohnung etwas mühsam, aber hervorragend geeignet für eine Kleinkindfamilie, die etwas Abtrennung braucht. Tolles Küchenequipment trotz kleiner Küche hat für uns 6 Erwachsene mit 2 Babies alles gepasst. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist grandios! Die 10.-€ pro Baby pro Tag fanden wir überzogen(5 Monate alte Babies) Insgesamt dennoch: Hervorragend!! Dank an Albrechts

Tolle Ferienwohnung in alter charmanter Villa nur 50m vom Strand entfernt.

Wir konnten trotz so mancher Wetterkapriole ein wunderschönes Osterfest in der Villa Gudrun verbringen. Die Räume waren auch für sieben Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Einzig die steile Treppe ist für ältere, vielleicht gehbehinderte Personen nicht ideal. Küche und Sanitäreinrichtungen entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Bäcker waren nur 150m entfernt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Oliver Schneider
