The view was incredible. Our host was always there to answer questions quickly. I loved the decor of the condo, very modern. We’ll be going back there again next year.

Awesome place on the lake with a beach right outside

We we’re very impressed with the clean modern condo on the water, close to restaurants was able to park are boat right in front of the condo, everything was perfect for a getaway on the water, thanks so much from the Cooksey family, we will be planning another trip to lake Havasu

Wonderful stay!

The host was wonderful to deal with supper helpfully! House decorated beautifully and super comfortable. House was well stocked with dishwasher detergent, laundry soap.

What a great place! We so enjoyed hanging on the patio people watching. It was walking distant from some great restaurants and the London Bridge. We will stay there again.

Beautiful place

We spent the weekend here and it was everything the listing said. Master bed is a little tiny, lol but the condo was very comfortable, super clean and comfortable.

Kings Condo

The place is well stocked and clean! Great location for our family when we stay in havasu. Nice view of London Bridge. Owner are very accessible if you have a problem. Great communication.

First Trip to Lake Havasu

Tali was the perfect host. He was very responsive when I had questions. The condo has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Large balcony with comfy furniture.Try out ChaBones restaurant literally across the street. A great happy hour and upscale food choices.

Great Place on Channel!

Very clean, great location! Walking path was very enjoyable. Sunsets were beautiful! Ducks were fun for kids! Marina was less than .25 mile away with shops and restaurants. Kitchen and baths were well stocked all you need is your toothbrush! Tali is a great communicator and answers very quickly.
