Our stay was good. Just wish there were condiments in the condo for when we cooked. (Salt & pepper, ketchup etc) Overall it was good and I’d stay there again. Great view for drinking coffee in the morning.

Family Getaway

Everything about our stay was above and beyond! We loved the location, the view, and felt very welcomed from the start. The beds were comfortable, and condo as a whole was perfect. Taren, the host, was always available and quick to reply. After the amazing weekend, the family agreed we have found our forever spot.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, great view and close to everything. When we go to Lake Havasu again, this will be our first choice.

Great waterfront condo

Taren was great and this is one of best locations on Havasu. We prefer 200 & 300 units for better views and privacy. Will be back next year

Great stay!

We visit Lake Havasu 1-2 times per year and love to stay at Kingsview Condos. Second time here at Taren's condo. Nicely remodeled! Well stocked. Clean. Great lake view from balcony! Excellent communication with Taren. We enjoyed our stay, again! Thank you! :)

Kings View

We can’t say enough about this location. I’ve been to Havasu 10 plus times and finally decided to check out the condos at Kings view. This was such a perfect location to just sit and relax and enjoy the festivities. The condo has a nice large deck and the condo was very spacious. We had a question and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Great communication, great owners! We absolutely will stay here in the future.

Smoke on the Water

On Saturday, 7/15, around 5pm, there was a boat fire on the northside on the Bridgewater channel. Hope the passengers are ok. Fire Dept responded quickly. GREAT time this past weekend at Kingsview Condo! Communication was excellent with Taren. Easy check in/easy check out. Well appointed condo and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds! Comfortable patio chairs. So relaxing to watch the boats go by while sitting on the patio. Comfortable living room sofa. AWESOME view of London Bridge and Bridgewater channel. Excellent condo location! Since it was super hot this past weekend, we rented a pontoon from Champion Boat Rentals on Saturday and Sunday. This a must during the hotter months. Taren, thank you, we very much enjoyed our stay! :)

Place was nice & clean .

Had a great time, enjoyed the condo the only thing I was not happy about was, we got a ticket for leaving our boat in the water . We have stayed at the kings view 3 times before and never had that happened .
