I am a single mother of 3 kids and 3 fur babies whom absolutely love getting away to our Havasu home every chance we get. And when we’re not using the condo, we take joy in allowing others an opportunity to create special memories as well. Whether you decide to book your next vacay at our Beachside Havasu Hideaway or at a different location, may you cherish every minute you are blessed with and take advantage of each moment possible; for time is limited, never promised, & something you will never get back…. One of the only few units that Allows Pets. (A separate fee will be assessed per dog, to cover the extra time, supplies & costs necessary to properly maintain & sanitize the unit after your stay. Additional Incidental Fees will also be assessed to cover any extra cleaning fees from potty accidents & other misc. costs. If anything is found by my cleaning crew or management team, soon after departure. A very detailed checklist is used to catalog every item found inside the unit and can be made available upon request. This is done for your protection prior to check-in, and for the protection of the guests arriving after you check-out.


ALSO, many New Upgrades have recently been completed inside the unit. Within the past year I have completely remodeled the kitchen and installed brand new cabinetry, as well as installed new Hardwood Flooring, Painted the entire interior, completely refurnished every single piece of furniture throughout every room (which also includes brand new king & queen size mattresses), as well as replace every appliance found inside the unit (which includes a brand new Stovetop Oven, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Microwave, Kitchen Sink, faucet, outdoor BBQ on the patio, and a stackable front loading Washer & Dryer. Plus, prior to the beginning of this calendar year, I had purchased a new brand new AC unit along with changing & giving the unit a fresh new look that included new linens, towels, and bedding. The only item yet to be finished and completed is the install of my custom stone countertops, which should be completed soon enough. But for now, it currently has brand new corian countertops that are currently being used in the interim. As you can probably see, this condo is home for us and we take care of it as such.
