Nice 2* apartment for 4 people. Located on the 1st floor of the residence "Les Océanides", 3-storey building close to shops and beaches. Apartment on 3 levels (many stairs). Enjoy a superb ocean view. Entrance, Bedroom 2 single beds giving side parking, bathroom with shower cabin, independent toilet, living room with fully equipped kitchen area, dining room and living room with sofa bed. A large bay window opens onto the west facing balcony with ocean view. All the shutters and the blind are electric. Cellier for your bikes and/or surfboards. You also have a private parking space at the foot of the building. Join the beach and shops at 100m, the Golf at 3 km and the lake at 6 km. REF 01404 (ANCV holiday vouchers accepted).THE LINGE OF LIT AND TOILET IS NOT FURNISHED.
