About this property

Apartments with a unique view in a quiet location and swimming pool

The Weliserhof is an ensemble-protected property in Stefansdorf and has been owned by our family for over 100 years. In consideration of the traditional building structure, we have renovated and expanded the courtyard over time, so that we can now offer you five spacious holiday apartments. There are three apartments in our main building, two more in the completely redesigned annex. All apartments are lovingly furnished with every comfort you need for a pleasant stay:

Bedroom with double bed
Kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, and various kitchen utensils
Living room with pull-out couch
Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels
Satellite TV, free WiFi
Balcony with table and chairs and with a wonderful panoramic view

In our two new apartments you can also expect:

Flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room
Electric stove, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen
Household items such as washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs, cleaning utensils, kitchen and kitchen towels, coffee filters, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil (available once)
A rain shower and common bathroom items such as hand soap, shampoo and toilet paper (available once)

In our well-tended garden next to the house you can relax to your heart's content and enjoy the unobstructed view of the Puster Valley. For our little guests there is a great children's playground and lots of space to run around. The animals on the farm - cows, goats, cats and chickens - are also always happy to visit.

wunderschöne Unterkunft in Südtirol

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub im Weliserhof verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit so viel Liebe und Herz eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Familie Gräber war sehr nett und freundlich, als auch sehr engagiert uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir sagen DANKE!

Super moderne Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig, in der Nacht haben wir nur ganz leise die Kuh und einen Kuckuck gehört.

Schön wars...

Wir haben besonders die Ruhe und die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung genossen. Die Gastgeberin stellt leckere Marmeladen, getrocknete Früchte und viele Teekräuter zur Verfügung, so dass wir uns jeden Tag nach unseren Wanderungen einen leckeren Tee zubereiten könnten. Bruneck ist ein schönes Städtchen und die tollen Wandergbiete sind alle in überschaubarer Reichweite. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tranquility in in the Sud Tirol...

A very comfortable apartment with wonderful views over and along the valley - you can and will spend hours just gazing into the distance. If you need more, there are trails right behind the farm which will lead you into the forest, with its rich and varied flora and fauna. A real gem - once you've been , you'll surely go back!

Insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Zweckmaessige Ferienwohnung in klassischem Teil des Hofes (der Hof bietet auch höherwertige Kategorien an, war uns aber weniger wichtig). Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb aber dafür sehr ruhig. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr schöner Garten mit umfangreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten (Abendessen im Freien!) und tollem Ausblick. Außergewöhnlich nette Gastgeber. Stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Touren können direkt am Haus begonnen werden. Ich kann das Angebot rundherum empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

unsere FeWo warder Hammer!

Wir waren das erste mal in Südtirol und wir sollten nicht enttäuscht werden. Die FeWo der Familie Gräber sprach uns schon beim Auswählen zwischen anderen an- zum einen die schöne ruhige Gegend, die Berge, das Grün und und und. Die FeWo war sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Frau Gräber war immer auf Achse zum Wohle ihrer Gäste und das gefiel uns sehr. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden dieses Feriendomizil gerne weiter empfehlen.
