Woodley Park Grand Victorian attached row home, 5-minute walk to 2 Metros, dining & shopping. Former B&B, now renovated as a single-family home, with 6 beds & 4 full baths, and great original features. Completely brand new kitchen, sunroom, two balconies, and parking for 2 vehicles. We are just minutes from the DC National Zoo, and the vibrant neighborhoods of Cleveland Park, Dupont Circle, and Adams Morgan with multiple dining options, and cafes.

Dirty Dishes: Feel free to load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it before you leave Used Towels: place all used towels in the baskets provided in the second and third floor bathrooms.
Lights: Please turn off all the lights before you go. HVAC: Set the thermostat to 73°F—heat during the winter and cool during the summer. Keys: Return the keys to the lockbox.

This charming home was ideal for our group. With ample sleeping space everyone had privacy. The first floor was laid out well and comfortably furnished. The host was very communicative and helpful! We would definitely use this location as base camp on our next visit.

Excellent location close to Smithsonion's Zoo with many shops and places to eat nearby. We were 8 adults and a toddler and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The host was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. Having off street parking for two cars was a big plus!

The house was perfect for us. It provided a large enough common area for relaxing downtime and each bedroom was spacious. There were numerous quality restaurants within walking distance. And access to the subway was great so everyone was able to get to the sites that they chose with ease.

Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!
