Clean, sunny, cutely decorated, and well-appointed unit with a great porch. Convenient access to the beach and downtown. The walkway to the uncrowded, dog-friendly beach was directly across the street and well maintained. Loved the pool, which was well kept and a good size; closed at 9pm, so no loud splashing around late at night. The hosts were excellent communicators, checking in and out was easy, and we would absolutely book a stay here again.

perfect location, comfortable stay

Great access to the beach, goof restaurant and bar just a few doors down. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time on the front porch.

This house was just what we needed for our beach week in Fernandina Beach!! Cool AC, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, loved the pool, close to restaurants and right across the street from beach access. Would stay again!

Great beach house

Very nice property, with easy access to a great stretch of beach - it was perfect for a couple days of relaxation. Too cold to use the pool while we were there, but it looked really nice - maybe next time.
