From the 4th and final floor (with lift) of a recent residence, there is a large through apartment of 90 m², equipped with two balconies. On one side, a lovely clear view over the city rooftops, and on the other, the port of Sables-d'Olonne opens up before you. At your doorstep, you will discover a lively and vibrant neighbourhood, with numerous bars, restaurants, and the ballet of fishing boats.



First, we discover a large through-lounge. On the south side, a dining room opens onto a first balcony overlooking a small street. It is the ideal place for your outdoor meals, as this balcony communicates with the kitchen. The latter is well equipped: three-burner induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and toaster. On this side of the flat, there is also a bedroom, which also overlooks the balcony. You will find a double bed there as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.



On the port side, a first living room is installed facing the balcony to enjoy the view. A second TV lounge opens onto the side and features a sofa bed offering sleeping accommodation for two people, with a view of the port. A second bedroom offers two twin single beds (80/190), with, once again, a view of the port. Finally, another bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an independent toilet, complete this property.



For your comfort, you will find a hairdryer in the bathroom as well as a washing machine. In the absence of parking, parking is done in public space, where it is paid.

Traffic is regulated by the city and may vary depending on congestion. As a general rule, closures are put in place from 1:30 PM to 4 PM as well as from 8 PM to 2 AM, with possible adjustments depending on attendance.
