The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the town of Erquy, this charming studio, completely renovated in 2024, with a sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, measuring 40 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 27,000 m². We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hotplates, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a dryer, a fan, an iron, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- The garden is shared with the house, but the studio still has its own private area. (Note: recent renovations have been carried out; the lawn is inaccessible in some areas.)
- The swimming pool and jacuzzi are reserved for the occupants of the villa.
The apartment is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to arrive by car, you can park directly in front of the apartment.
Regarding other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes
