The Dune at Redfish is a private two story home located in the new Redfish Harbor Development. Just a quick five minute drive to Johnson's Beach or a quiet stroll to our communities private dock will have you in or near water in no time. Enjoy all the luxuries of being near the beach without the noise of neighbors above or beneath you. Home has been built with all the modern conveniences you expect and more!

Ideal for a family vacation, this beautiful property will meet all your needs. Aside from providing all the basics (Smart TVs, toiletry items, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer), we have also included fun extras such as room darkening pull down shades, blue tooth home audio, 300MB fiberoptic Wi-Fi, 140 can beverage fridge and a loft filled with video arcade games.

Don't forget to grab the provided boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and toys on your way out. Our goal is to make your vacation special so if you have any request before arrival, don't hesitate to ask.

Amenity center includes a community pool, bocce ball court, tennis courts, and oversized lawn chess with hours being dawn to dusk.

Please note:

- No street parking, two spots are available for parking; one in garage and one in driveway.
- Two outdoor security cameras on property.
- No parties or smoking.
- We can not control the weather or HOA amenities, no refunds for unforseen closures.

Amazing house!

This house is perfect for families! There is plenty of space to spread out along with fun things to do like swimming, pickleball, and walking to the dock. The arcade games were hit with our kids of all ages!

We enjoy traveling and experiencing fun and new activities with our family. Our goal is to help you have a wonderful 5-star stay!

Why they chose this property

Nestled in a newly built community, The Dune at Redfish offers you the luxury of being in a beach town without the noise of having someone above, below, or next to you. Although you might have to make a quick five minute drive to the closest public beach, the community pool and the private community dock offers you the opportunity to still be near or in the water.

What makes this property unique

We have tried to think of everything and will continue to build upon what is already offered. The community pool and pickle ball courts are steps away from our back yard. Sound machines and room darkening shades have been added to help make your night of sleep even more restful than at home. We made sure to even include some arcade games and little extra toys for families traveling with children.
