We had an amazing stay at the Q House! The location was great for those who want to visit downtown Pensacola, West Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach. It's in walking distance to the Oar House which was family friendly. The host was super welcoming and gave great instructions to the house rules. The neighbors were wonderful, and gave us some tips for the area. Our only concern was the AC could not keep up with the summer heat. It was fine in most of the house, except the back bedroom runs a little warm. The host has provided many fans to help keep you comfortable, so if you are an AC King or Queen...just know this before going in. We stayed cool by using the backyard pool and all the fun floats which were provided. Our group of 4 adults, 1 five year old and 2 dogs loved our stay, and would choose to stay here again in the future! It's a charming home!

Fabulous renovation

Adorable cottage with a well detailed renovation in and out. The interior has wonderful details and plenty of light. The kitchen is equipped with all you need (family of 5 easily cooked and fed). Beds are marvelously comfortable, pillows firm enough to actually hold your head up. Shower head is like a spa massage. New washer and dryer easily accessed. The backyard is an oasis under a canopy beautiful live oaks. We had one issue and the management was able to resolve it quickly. Overall this is an awesome property. My only caveat is the neighbors free range roaming rooster. The 5:30 wake up call was unwelcome, as was the constant crowing throughout the day. It's quite the negative for this otherwise brilliant property.

Every thing was really nice the only thing I think it needed was a light in the back yard that you could turn on and off that way you could enjoy the back yard at night time because the motion light would not stay on it kept turning off on us but other than that we had a really nice time and a beautiful house I will definitely be trying to get it again in the future

The house was exactly as advertised. Was clean and beds were comfy. We loved our stay. Owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook!
