Logement propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé ; la climatisation est un plus non négligeable. Les chaises et tabourets de cuisine mériteraient d'être remplacés car peu confortables et pas de très grande qualité.L'extérieur non aménagé pour l'instant (comme indiqué dans l'annonce) dévalorise le logement, notamment le portail et l'accès à la porte d'entrée.
