I never seen a host. Everything was detailed well, there was a nice book of information on local food establishments. Easy access with plenty of parking. Awesome beds, very well kept, and very clean.

Really enjoyed how many items were available at this home. Very pet friendly and large outdoor space. Maybe only thing to consider is no salt and pepper (spices).

Spacious and conveniently located

Clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, great yard for our dog and kids, very close to Topsail beach. Had everything to make our stay very comfortable. Will recommend to others.

Peaceful Vacation house

We enjoyed our stay it is clean and spacious home with everything you might need to wash or cook if you don’t want to go out or the weather doesn’t permit you too (our case it rained most days) and the neighborhood is super quiet if you are looking forward to have a restful sleep each night! The host was super friendly and communicative with me which is very much appreciated! I definitely would visit again !

We were very impressed with our stay. The property looked exactly like the listing photos. It was well stocked not just with typical bedding and towels, but toiletries, coffee, and tea. The hostess was fantastic to deal with and very communicative. Would recommend highly.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! This was our second time staying at this property. We come down once a year to vacation with family. Last year we stayed elsewhere, and we regretted it! We appreciate the location and amenities of this house. Quiet because it’s not on the beach, but close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach with free parking that we like is a 15 minute drive. Property manager is responsive and everything was ready for us. Highly recommend this place!

Birthday trip

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very fast to answer any questions we had. Our family of five were very comfortable in this house, plus our little toy poodle. Our children are all adults, 21, 19 and 18, and they loved the home too. I loved the location because it was a quick drive to the beach (even with traffic) and it was just far away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay! Everything was as advertised in the listing. Convenient location to grocery stores and the beach. Great set up to enjoy with friends and family, especially the outdoor spaces. (Feedback for the owner: We could not find an iron to use with the ironing board. A supply of keurig cups to use with the machine would have been a nice addition.) Great place, would stay again!

Great Stay Near Topsail Beach

We loved our stay here! This property was perfect for our extended family vacation (four adults, one toddler, and our dog). The house is well kept up and the owner provided many amenities for us (extra soaps, toothbrush in the bathrooms, many kitchen products, kitchen is stocked with enough equipment to cook a family meal, etc). Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The owner provided her contact information and encouraged us to contact should we encounter any problems. We loved staying here since it was away from the noise at the beach, but just a 14 min drive from free beach access parking. We ended up going every day of our stay! Lots of restaurants and other things to do in the area if the beach is not your thing. There is a nice backyard with fire pit and picnic table. We also appreciated that the owner provided a large kennel, which we used a few times for our 38 lb fox terrier mix. The only reason for the 4/5 for cleanliness is that there were a few ants in the kitchen, but otherwise it is well maintained. Overall, a wonderful property! Our family is already talking about when we could stay again!

Thank you so much Lara for your stay and your wonderful review! I'll admit, those ants were REALLY difficult to keep under control, but we definitely will double our efforts next year come ant invasion season here in our lovely southern region. I do hope they don't give stress next summer :)

Perfect Relaxing Get Away

The perfect place to stay to be close to the beach - Supermarket, Dollar Tree and Lowe's nearby with access to many restaurants by the beach. If need you are a 40 minute drive to the Visitor Gate at Camp LeJeune .. Really lovely property - renovated, clean and superb attention to details ... right down to the coffee pods, sugars, creamers, and even granola bars!!

Walk the surf city bridge for dinner and ice cream, stop by the park, go look for alligator's on the board walk, and enjoy the sunset before you head home!! This property allows you access to all the best Surf City has to offer, while still giving you peace and quite in the evenings! Rest assured, you'll have no neighbors pounding on your walls, or parties going until late in the evening!

I love this property so much for it's quite and peaceful feel. You truly feel like you're in a cottage near the ocean that you'd love to stay in forever! You will have the peacefulness of just your groups company, while not feeling like you're going to be intruded upon by noisy (or nosey!) neighbors.
