Enjoy everything Waterville Valley has to offer in this one bedroom vacation condo. This updated condo includes a Queen sized bed in the bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the living room allowing for families up to 5 or 4 adults. Condo includes a gas fireplace, wireless internet, clothes dryer and full kitchen and bath. Located on the property is a community pool at Windsor Hill, a newly installed electric car charging station located directly in front of building and town shuttles to Waterville Valley Ski Resort.

Waterville Valley is the outdoor, family friendly destination spot in NH. Waterville Valley Ski Resort is within a 3 mile drive of condo and a short walk to Town Square, White Mountains Athletic Club, and Waterville Valley Recreation Department. Countless miles of trails and mountains in the Valley provide hiking, walking, mountain biking, cross county skiing, snowshoeing and alpine skiing. Located in town is a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, bike and boat rentals, shopping and dining.

The condo was great! Perfect for 3 of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. It was a very quick drive up to the mountain for skiing and to the restaurants, ice rink and everything else Waterville Valley has to offer. The host was also responsive and very friendly. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again in the future!

Steven's place was in the perfect location for a wedding my best friend and I were attending in Waterville Valley. It was clean. I think it is important to note and help with making things better for future guests that we did expect a few items that were not at Steven's place and be a suggestion that won't cost a lot of money to buy for future guests. A hairdryer, a dish towel, and a tub mat (or towel) for stepping out from the shower. Not necessary but would be helpful is a full-length mirror maybe on the back of the bedroom door. These little things are always in other places I have stayed (especially a blow dryer for getting ready for a wedding was very much needed or even in the winter season). I did leave Steven a message and he responded that nobody had inquired before. My intentions are to only help make Steven aware as I think these little things will enhance his place.

Wonderful little condo nestled steps from the center of Waterville. Steve the owner great and very responsive . I had a little issue with checking in but Steve was very helpful - even FaceTimed me to help walk me through. He also offered up some suggestions to hikes and things to do around town. overall wonderful stay!

Many updates to property. Kitchen well stocked with high quality cooking pans. Bathroom could use functional vent fan. Great location to all that Waterville Valley has to offer to outdoors people. Very quiet location! Great views from outdoor seating area.

Couch needs attention

The host was responsive about checkin but when we arrived at the property, the couch cushions were bare, without slipcovers and the bottom fabric of the couch was in tatters. The coffee table was broken. Also, the fireplace and washer did not work. Luckily we only stayed two nights.

Washer is brand new and in good working order. Not sure what the issue was? Fireplace was turned off and I messaged you to contact me if you wanted to use it prior to your arrival. Wish you had contacted me. Couch cushion covers were replaced two days before you arrived. While they are not superior quality your opinion is noted. The coffee table does have a crack in it but still functions quite well as a coffee table. It will be repaired or replaced. I would like to note you left the heat on and door unlocked. Sorry you didn’t have a good visit.

This was an amazing experience coming here and going to flume gorge ! This place was everything ! It was clean and well taking care of! The tenant had great communication with me and if I ever come back to New Hampshire I would definitely be messaging him!

Stayed a couple of nights only needed the condo to sleep so it worked out great for us. Lots to do in the area lots of hiking. Bring your bikes if you have one wish I knew. It is a great neighborhood to have a bike.

Perfect for a weekend away

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, good wifi, and convenient to Town Square. The owner was great to work with as well. We would definitely from him rent again.
