Nestled in the middle of the forest and surrounded by the Pic du Gar on one side and the Pic du Burat on the other, this old, completely renovated farm awaits you for your hikes in the forest, your fishing trips with family or friends. From the windows of the house, you can admire the owners' Merens horses in the meadows all around. Pets not allowed. On the ground floor of the gîte: entrance after two steps, fitted kitchen (built-in oven, 3-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave), living room with dining area and lounge area, a bedroom with its small shower room and separate toilet inside the bedroom (1 double bed 160*200cm). Upstairs: bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with (1 double bed 160*200 and 1 single bed 90*190). Garden. Parking area. Electric heating.
