The penthouse offers 210 m² of space for up to 6 guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous living areas. A wraparound rooftop terrace makes the stay special.
A private garage is included, which makes arrival easy. Access to the apartment is contactless via a smart lock with a personal keypad code that you receive before arrival. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
Location: Schaan is centrally located in Liechtenstein, and the capital Vaduz is only a few kilometers away. A great base for trips into the mountains, to Vaduz and around the Rhine Valley.
Note on the address: The property is at Landstrasse 163, 9494 Schaan. There is another Landstrasse in Liechtenstein (in Triesen), so please double-check the postal code when navigating.
City tax: CHF 2.50 per adult per night (children under 15 exempt), payable in cash on site and not included in the booking price.
As required in Liechtenstein, an online registration form must be completed and signed digitally before arrival.

Absolutely unforgettable stay — would give more than 5 stars if we could!This beautifully decorated penthouse apartment in Liechtenstein was truly one-of-a-kind. Every space was thoughtfully designed, both beautiful and interesting — with plenty of cozy spots to relax and take in the incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect and within walking distance to shopping and many food options.What really set this stay apart was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — even offering assistance after our stay had ended.A truly special place in a breathtaking country. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Nice but some improvements needed.
Three night stay. Nice unit but crammed with too much furniture. Freezer was frozen solid front to back and door wouldn’t close. No soap or dishwasher detergent. No shower curtain. No bedsheets. Penthouse deck is rotten. No third bed. Mysterious jugs of liquid in living room.
