Overall this was the perfect property for my son and me. Very clean, great location, perfect size. We were lucky to always find street parking very close.

Guest unfortunately Parked in a restricted area…Offered to pay Half of the Ticket. Area is in one of the best places in Bmore City. Please see other Reviews as we strive for a Great Experience and always open to Feedbacks.

The property was clean however the living room had a faint dog urine odor. Stairs to 2nd floor very steep and narrow. There isn't always a spot open to park in the street and the overgrown weeds makes it difficult to get out on the passenger side. Had a few people approach me for money on the streets and had a few drug addicts hanging on the corner. It is close to the stadium.

Wonderful place that is close to many sites. Ample space and wonderfully remodeled. Stairs are tight and steep. Rooms are large and a great stay overall.

Trip to Baltimore

We came for some sightseeing. The location of the property worked well and accomodations were nice. We enjoyed a night in cooking dinner, playing games and watching tv.

Everything was just as advertised. We came home to Baltimore for a sad occasions, but Carl's place was great to come back to at night for some rest. When we come home under better circumstances we will be looking at staying here again. If you never been to the city note that parking can be difficult but its worth the stay.

All the rooms were satisfactory. Unfortunately, during our stay, the heat was not working properly and limited hot water. However the property manager tried to remedy it quickly as possible even with the Christmas holiday. This property would work well for smaller families and couples.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We ended up not bringing our cat, but he would have loved it, especially gazing down imperiously from the top of the stairs! My wife loved the super hot water in the shower, though I'm more partial to only my crab getting boiled. Since this was a business trip having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for those inadvertent spills that need to disappear before the next day or, even better, returning home with clean clothes! Overall, awesome stay. Word of warning...the steps are shorter than normal and the stairwell narrower than expected so if you have big feet and broad shoulders it's something to be aware of, but definitely not a deal breaker!

Night at Camden Yards

What a great place. Wish we had more nights there. So comfortable. Fine for me but stairs to upstairs are a little steep if you have older guests with you. Host was outstanding. Thank you for sharing your home.

Enjoyed our stay

Properly was nice and clean. Checkin super easy. Beds comfortable, ceiling fans were nice in bedrooms. Stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.Location was central but I wasn’t comfortable walking around at night.
