Gite on the ground floor of the residence (independent access) comprising an entrance with ski room, a living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed BZ 2 people and 1 single bed closed by a curtain), 2 bedrooms (2 bunk beds 1 person 80x190 cm / 1 bed 2 people 140x190 cm), a bathroom (shower) and separate WC. Balcony. 2 parking spaces in the basement. Apartment in a residence located on the heights of the resort, opposite the ski slopes. Access to the center of the typical old village on foot (400 m) or by shuttle (only in winter) for shops and services. Pleasantly renovated apartment. South-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The Residence des Fleurs enjoys an ideal location 50 meters from the slopes and ski lifts of the Aussois resort and a sports shop. With a ski area of 55 km of slopes at altitudes ranging from 1500 m to 2700 m, it is a paradise for alpine skiing enthusiasts. For Nordic skiing enthusiasts, the Monolithe area offers 35 km of trails dedicated to cross-country skiing and skating, located 1.8 km away and accessible by shuttle.
