Room was clean. Nice location. Kitchen not stocked very well. Our bathroom pocket door would not close. Maintenance came and did not fix the problem. We used our bathroom with an open door for the entire week.

My group and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the beachside balcony. What a beautiful view! Ease of access to boardwalk was excellent as well. However the place didn’t have any wash cloths for some reason. You don’t realize how much you need wash cloths until you have a whole condo without any!

Thank you for the 10/10 review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beachside balcony, the beautiful views, and our location with easy access to the boardwalk. We appreciate your feedback regarding the washcloths. As noted in both our pre-arrival messages and the listing details, we do not provide washcloths. We understand this may be unexpected for some guests which is why we tell you upfront on numerous occasions before check in. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay!

Beautiful view. Beautiful property. However, we struggled with finding the designated parking garage/ space. Floor was dirty. Dishwasher was still fully loaded. Refrigerator was empty but dirty. Biggest complain was the dinner table chairs. Those chairs are on wheels. Not very stable. To avoid accidents, we had to bring the chairs from the balcony in.

Great Spot

This place was perfect for our family. The nearness to beach with small children was great. Having the pool when the kids were tired of the beach was perfect too. The fireworks (4th of July) were outstanding especially since we could see them from the balcony! Definitely a place to return to!

Perfect for our first time!

It was wonderful to leave the doors open and just listen to the waves or sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. We were even able to see dolphins. Very relaxing! Beach just steps away, and dippin dots and pizza right below for evening snack for the kids!

Perfect location and great property

This location was the best for us and directly above our favorite pizza place! Steps to a great beach and on the boardwalk. Only problems - washer and dryer didn’t work. White furniture looked dirty.

Winter at the Beach

After coming numerous times to OC during the spring/summer, this was our first time during "winter" time. While we drove through some snow to get to the condo, it did not disappoint with location or accommodation's!!! It was a family trip with elderly parents and young teenagers, but the condo was spacious for everyone to spread out and enjoy all of it. Added bonus of having the fireplaces in the main living and master bedroom to enjoy as well. Overall great time!

Nicest unit in all of Ocean City

My family and I have stayed at many units in Ocean City and this is by far the nicest we have EVER stayed in!!! Place was super clean with incredible views. Location could not be better right on the boardwalk!! The inside is totally renovated and looks brand new!! Furniture is as comfortable as it gets. Super clean, and to top it all off the host was incredibly responsive and provided everything we could need. Well worth the money for a truly memorable vacation experience. Thank you Bob and Sam!!! We will be back back!

Week of fun in the sun

We have spent a week every summer at the beach on Ocean City MD. and have stayed many places This condo rates right up there as one of the best. It fit our extended family needs well. If tere were any draw backs I dont have a lot of experiance cooking on an indution stove top and at the begining of the week was a bit frustrated. By the end of the week had it mastered but still would not choose that for my home. Such a 1st world problem so really no complaints😍

The place was dirty mildew in the bathrooms no washcloths one dish towel. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom no icemaker. The place hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I had to wash the dishes before I could use them. That’s how dirty the place is. The carpet was filthy and dirty for the money I wouldn’t stay again. The furniture is white and it’s very dirty and black. The pictures on VRBO are beautiful, but the place is dirty and the furniture is white and it black wear and tear. The pictures on VRBO makes the place looked wonderful, but it isn’t.

Very dirty and not well equipped

This condo is actually in a nice location, but it was very dirty and not cared for. The couch and chairs were all stained, rug had a huge rip (trip hazard), beds were all sunk in and very uncomfortable, comforters and linens were filthy, overall the place was filthy. Definitely not worth the price. The kitchen was not equipped well. It was very difficult to cook or prepare food for the children. Beware!

Hi Christine, we are disappointed to hear that your stay with us did not deliver the experience that we promised to deliver. While the unit may have some signs of wear and tear from many busy rental seasons, we can assure you that all our properties are cleaned and inspected between each guest. However, as you know, we refunded the cleaning fee to you and offered to bring fresh towels and anything else you may have needed during your stay. We pride ourselves on offering an elevated level of service and try our best to rectify any issues within our power as they arise. Would you please try us out again? We would love to offer you 25% off a future stay and look forward to welcoming you again. Please reach out to us directly before booking your next stay so we can take care of the discount.

HORRIBLE PLACE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We arrived and the place was totally disgusting! Stains all over the carpets, stains on all the chairs and couches and all over the dining room suite. The beds had sand in them. The mini fridge was broken, the washing machine was broken, the air conditioning was broken. the pool was so small and full of sand. We contacted these people every single day and argued. They didn’t even come out right away to fix these things and once they did they said it was broken and they didn’t have any of the parts for it so there was nothing they could do about it. This experience at this location was a nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s a disgusting disaster!

A Lesson in Bare Naked Decorating

Very poorly thought out decorating with no LR end tables, chairs, or lamps to read by or even to sit and visit as a group and a sofa that sits you on the floor with no ease to arise.(for us 70 year olds make that impossible to arise). Dining room table with 6 chairs had 1 completely broken, 1 missing a wheel and, get this, 1 with no wheels. We reported a serious safety issue with 2 of the showers which when barely turned on were scorching hot- imagine an inquisitive 3 year old turning those faucets on. Kitchen supplies were bare minimum and the bed and bath $200 add on supply package came with, are you ready, no facecloths. We felt no comfort or welcome in this over priced, under decorated unit and now they will not be seeing us again. Do they care? I doubt it or they would take more care in their hospitality.

I almost feel like this review is a prank/ fraud by someone. For example we do not have a $200 add on linen package. We do have wash clothes in the condo. This condo is in my opinion and shared by many guests the nicest condo with furniture by Restoration Hardware with best views in all of Ocean City. I would assume by the time this is posted there will be a 5 star review after this fake review. VRBO has banned this guest from booking with us again.
