Great location, nice house, thoughtful host

Just one block from the beach, the house is just as described, super clean, well maintained, and has everything one may need to spend a week or more at the beach. Iris is a great host and goes well beyond expectations: When we booked, she asked about our children's ages and left small gifts and treats for them; she also left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us, and bottles of water in each room. She also responds to emails very quickly. If we ever go back to the Oxnard area, we'll make every effort to book this house again.

Simply Perfect in Everyway!!

Not a detail missed. Not only is the house exactly as advertised, there are so many thoughtful details for guests that is makes it feel like home! From the very fun basket of goodies to the wine and drinks in the refrigerator to the wonderful amount of bedding to cozy up by the firepit... this house has it all! All the convivences of home including ( Ziploc bags and containers for left overs)! Not kidding 1 of the things always missing when I rent a home. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quaint and peaceful! Sunrise and sunset on the beach should never be missed. I will be back!
