Family fun

Such a beautiful home with lots of options for entertaining. The bikes that were left for use provide an excellent opportunity for the family to finally learn to ride. Beach is a few steps away and the neighborhood is very friendly.

Fantastic time in CA

The home is amazing. Katina has an eye for design and style that really shows in the home. Everything was there and ready for us. She even delivered fresh strawberrys. Amazing

Amazing House and host

The Beach house was truly amazing inside. So well done and decorated. There plenty of towels for home and beach. Katrina even had sunscreens and after Sun care products. She thought of everything. House was very well stocked with comfort items, board games, beach toys and games , bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas. Garage was great for teens she has air hockey table, 8 ball pool table, ping pong, corn hole. Lots of toys for you get kids too. Katrina has a binder of local eats and things to do. She checked in periodically via text to make sure we didn’t need anything and there were no issues. Definitely will be back, well done on the whole experience
