Hi Doug, I'm glad you had a five-star stay at this property. Sorry, you had cell phone connectivity issues. This house is surrounded by mountains which can interfere with cell service on occassion. Guests can use WiFi calling on their phone if having problems. I wished Doug would have reached out to me about this. I would have showed him how to do this.

This was our first VRBO rental and what a great home. Our host Kenny was quick to respond as was Josh... both were a pleasure to work with. The home was perfect, great (quiet) location in very nice area of Palm Springs. Accurate pictures and description. The home was beautiful, had a well appointed kitchen, gas BBQ, was very clean and suited our party of 8 adults perfectly. Pool was clean and enjoyed by all of us. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean, well appointed. Lots of space for everyone. The pool was great. The yard is very private. Great neighbourhood. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Beautiful place. Loved the pool and spa. All of the rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed rather than the typical nice master bedroom and so-so additional rooms that other places usually have. Super well stocked kitchen and great spaces to hang out. Price expensive but expected due to being there during coachella weekend.

The location of this beautiful home is great, 10-15 minutes from everything. We were met at the home by an agent that gave us a thorough tour and was available at all times if we needed anything. The home is the most immaculate property (inside and out) that I have ever stayed in. All of the beds are of high quality with comfortable pillows and bedding. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the very private pool and lounge areas. We plan to book this home again!

We very much enjoyed our stay - the location is fantastic and the house is beautiful and very well kept. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and loved hanging by the pool in the daytime, and watching movies in the cozy living room in the evenings. All amenities are top notch and the home is very well equipped. The property managers were great and very responsive. We highly recommend this property - you will be in great hands!

This was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped for all our family meals. The pool and spa were a highlight on those hot Palm Springs afternoons.

Amazing home that is better than the pictures. Perfect for “quiet” (strong emphasis) guests; or a small group retreat of 3-4 couples (if allowable). Plenty of room and amenities. The decor, furnishings, and landscaping are excellent. Close to a lot of retail etc. cons: pool not heated to comfort; lots of arrival, stay and closeout requirements; and zero tolerance of noise outside.

I'm glad you had a nice stay and appreciated this amazing property. I don't think your criticisms, however, are fair. Pool heating to 86 degrees is included and that is what we heated the pool to. During his stay, David never asked about increasing the temperature. The only arrival requirement we have is to let us know your time of arrival since we are required to meet guests for arrival. I don't believe that is unreasonable. He refused to do this for us. The "Stay" requirements, as he put it, are all part of the city vacation rental ordinance. There is NOT a "zero tolerance of noise" policy either. However, the city ordinance does prohibit outdoor music. Every requirement this guest complained about was communicated to him on multiple occassions prior to his arrival. He was educated on what to expect. If he didn't like the city rules and requirements, he should not have chosen to rent a vacation rental in Palm Springs.

Both Kenny and Josh were very communicative and responsive. Josh met us at the home and walked us through everything. The home had a great outdoor space that we thoroughly enjoyed.The kitchen was the most equipped VRBO kitchen I have stayed in!Our only complaint was that our stay was too short!! We will definitely be back!

Family Meet Up

Very spacious home that allowed everyone plenty of separate space and together space. Beautiful, quiet upscale neighborhood that was close to restaurants, golf, and shopping as well.

Perfection!

Modern and comfortable! Great communication between guest and property manager. Beautifully decorated and spacious with a great outdoor space with excellent seating. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

A peaceful, quiet neighborhood in Andrés Hills with a beautiful pool and patio area. Location has easy access to the airport, hiking, golf. A tour of the house and a quick tutorial was provided upon our arrival by Kenny. We definitely recommend this property.

Amazing House

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The house was decorated so beautifully. The rooms were so spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The backyard was so beautiful and the covered patio was a life saver! This house was a true Oasis. Would definitely stay here again, and again and again!!!

Great family getaway.

This property was amazing and fit our family needs perfectly. Loved the en-suite bedrooms. Patio was great, plenty of covered and uncovered area. Pool and hot tub temp was fine. Rained on us 3 days in a row and we still had fun!! Kitchen very spacious for cooking for a large group.

We really enjoyed our stay with family at this beautiful home. Great outdoor space- sun & shade. Salt water pool was lovely. Several hiking trails within walking distance & close to town. Would definitely return again.

Amazing home!

We had a fabulous trip to Palm Springs and really enjoyed the property. It was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was incredibly stocked; there were also lots of linens and extra towels. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. Kenny was amazing and accommodating - excellent communication and very helpful! We will 100% be back!
