About this property

Wooden villa with a pool and garden in Montpellier, near the tram and shops

Montpellier Aiguelongue district rents a single-storey villa of 200m2 with a large wooden terrace of 130m2 with a 3x7.5m chlorine swimming pool with alarm. Garden of about 400m2 under the trees, we are 10 minutes walk from the tram line 2, shops on foot and Carrefour down the street. Fireplace in winter and air conditioning in summer (in the living room and kitchen). We also rent student rooms on the property but not overlooked. You must come with your sheets (1 bed in 160, 4 in 140 and 1 in 90) and towels and leave 60 euros with the cleaning lady when leaving. No party possible it is a quiet and residential area.1 quiet animal accepted.
