The place was a bit worn out compared to the photos, the shower in the master seemed to have been neglected cleaning wise for a bit, the furniture was dingy and worn out. The condo was good size and loved that there where king beds in all the bedrooms. The facility rules were a bit strict for my liking. No drinks by the pool (security), no exceptions to parking early upon your arrival or no going to the pool before you can check in. I am sure there are reasons for these rules, but I think they are a bit too strict for a vacation town. This strict check in policy lead to a huge back up in the parking lot and elevator Saturday because everyone was trying to check in at the same time and it was a mad house and very chaotic.

Perfect view of the beach, nice place to stay! The only complaint would be the shower in the master bathroom. One of the shower heads didn’t work well and no one could figure out how to turn the temp down on that one. Other than that, no other complaints! We had a great stay!

A few things could’ve been cleaned a little better, but other than that the place was great. We loved having an end unit because that means more windows!!! The master bathroom shower was excellent. Had the best pressure and got hot the fastest. Would definitely stay in this place again.

The view from our condo was excellent. I loved having a corner unit. The condo itself was beautiful and the shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal! I will definitely try and book this specific unit again for next year. The communication with the host was excellent and easy. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The best thing about this property is the VIEW. It's spectacular! The place and furnishings however are dated and should be replaced. Rugs were absolutely filthy making it very undesirable to take our shoes off. As for cleanliness overall, this place needs a major, detailed cleaning, including walls and doors. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Zero basic seasonings - like salt and pepper. Pots and pans are poor quality. The stinginess of the tiny bar of soap, one offering of dishwasher liquid, one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag for a 4 day stay was stinginess on a whole other level. Last but not least - Mattress - I specifically asked the host if the issue with the mattresses had been addressed as I saw poor reviews around the mattresses. The host responded that those issues had been taken care of.They were not. The master bed room mattress is awful. There are huge lumps in the mattress making a decent night's sleep impossible. Our stay in this unit was poor at best with the best being the VIEWS. For this price point, guests should never have this type of experience.

We would have addressed any cleaning concerns during your stay had we been notified, as we want every guest to have a comfortable experience. The condo was beatiful. This was our first trip to Florida. The condp sits in a perfect spot. We walked to Pier Park daily. Lots of fun things to do there. The tiki bar at the condo closes seasonally, which was sad because it was plenty warm enough to swim in the heated pool. (70) The only complaint about our condo was the beds. They werent the greatest and very squeaky with every toss and turn. Everything else was perfect!

Great location, plenty of large beds but mattresses need to be replaced. A few touch ups inside are needed, washing machine knob was missing. Overall a nice place. Walking distance to Pier Park and the parking garage was great with the walk over on floor 3.

This was a very nice property!!! Just wish parking was on the same side as the condo but over all it was a great place!!! We did have to run the dryer 2 times each load!!!

Overall yes things were ok in the unit. Can definitely tell how hard guests are on the furniture and door frames. Found rusty pipe fittings on the hallway floor and floors weren’t sweeped. Otherwise it was a great view and a nice unit. I tried contacting the email that I was given in case of needing something and did not hear back. That was unfortunate for me.

Beautiful view of the ocean!! Unit was not clean. The master bath room needs some deep cleaning. The master bedroom quilt needs to be removed and cleaned. May also be time for a new matress. Was not very comfortable. Our over-all experience was great!! Close to all amenities. The sun set was our favorite. Perfect view from the balcony !! We enjoyed watching all the sea life and the beautiful crystal clear water!!!
