We had a great stay overall. The cabin’s location was excellent and very convenient, and the home itself was large and well-suited for families with plenty of space to spread out. The host was also very responsive and pleasant to work with, which made the experience smooth. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, and the downstairs bathroom appears to be due for a remodel. We also noticed that the towels and washcloths were of lower quality than expected, and the paper towels and toilet paper were quite thin. Upgrading these items would make a noticeable difference in overall comfort.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location and spacious layout.

Wonderful stay at Aspen Brook!

We loved this cabin! It is clean and cozy! It had everything we needed for our week stay. Being from Texas, we loved the great ceiling fan in the living room that moved air around the whole cabin. We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

Aspen Brook Home

We loved this house. It was so great for our family of 10 and everyone had room. We only had the weekend but we really enjoyed the river, the space was awesome, and clean. The downstairs was nice for the grandkids to play games and they loved the bunk beds. I would definitely use it again.

A+ Location A+ comfort

This beautiful home is located close enough to RMNP and Estes Park and yet just the right distance away to avoid the large crowds of visitors and traffic. It has the feel of camping as you have an awesome spot along the Big Thompson river. Adding the comfort of home and you will wish you had more time to spend here. We hope to get the chance to return another time.

The property was just what we expected it to be and even better. The property manager, Tamara, was very friendly. Even though we arrived late at night we were able to find our unit and parking. We are very hopeful we will be able to visit this property many times in the future.

Beautiful mountain home

This is a lovely property, well maintained with a very well stocked kitchen. Living room area was cozy and comfortable. The management was a delight to work with and very accommodating. My only tiny complaint was that the wifi went in and out and we didn't have a strong connection. But the scenery and beauty of the house was worth it.

Cynthia, It was a pleasure to have you and your family members staying with us at Aspen Brook in the Rocky Mountain High cabin. It is a sweet cabin and the setting at Aspen Brook is wonderful. I was so sorry to hear that the internet went out while you were here. Our company is the only one at Aspen Brook with an office on property - actually within steps of your cabin. I wish I had known and could have called the internet provider for you. I hope the rest of your experience was good and you'll be back again to stay with us in one of our homes. Best wishes and thanks again for choosing to stay with us. Tamara, owner Aspen Brook Vacation Homes

Idyllic house in Estes Park

Our vacation rental in Estes Park surpassed our expectations. It was spotless with a family friendly layout (bedrooms on first and second floor and a spacious “in-laws quarter “ in the basement). The kitchen was large and well equipped with plentiful dishes, glasses and flatware. A washer/dryer were conveniently located in the kitchen. Aspen brook ran beside the rental and was easily accessible. Our grandkids spent hours fishing from its shore. The rental was convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

Beautiful Stay

Wonderful home in a peaceful neighborhood close to Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was great. Only thing to be aware of is the WiFi. It was very good when it worked, but it went out several times. Not the fault of the property management, simply a factor of being in the mountains. Just be aware that it might go out, and have anything you’ll definitely need printed out in advance because cell service is also spotty.

Patti, Thanks for choosing to stay with us. It was great so see you guys taking advantage of the great weather and out hiking and enjoying it. We hope you'll come back to stay again sometime. Sorry about the wi-fi. They are replacing our infrastructure with fiber optic cables - but it can't happen soon enough! Take care, Tamara Aspen Brook Vacation Homes

Gymnastics Trip

We stayed at the property for the Colorado State Gymnastics meet. Two families, including 4 parents and 6 kids total (Ages 6-12). The home fit us all very well, and it was a great place to relax and prepare for the meet. The home had everything we needed to be able to cook meals and everyone was comfortable and happy. SO much better than multiple hotel rooms, and much more value for the dollar. We all had plenty of room and privacy, but also had gathering areas that were perfect for our group. We were very happy with the condition of the home, and the communication leading up to check-in as well as check-out was top notch. Thank you for making your home available and for providing an environment for a very memorable Gymnastics Trip.
