Nestled in a verdant setting on the banks of the river, this former winemaker's house and its walled garden, complete with a barn and old dovecote, await you for a pleasant holiday at the river's pace. The large terrace and all the rooms offer views of the Allier River. Hiking trails start right from the house, and mountain biking, climbing, and canoeing are also available. Upstairs, a vaulted dining room/kitchen area and living room open onto the terrace, along with a WC. On the second floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom/WC. Private parking is available. Gas heating is included for 50m³, then €10/10m³. Shops and services are nearby. The property is close to Clermont-Ferrand, listed villages, and the Grande Halle market.

La maison est vraiment atypique (vu que c'est une maison vigneronne). Elle a beaucoup de charme. On est vraiment au calme. On dormait les fenêtres ouvertes à l'étage (à cause de la chaleur) et on n'entendait que les cloches de l'église sonner (et pas toute la nuit, juste tard le soir et tôt le matin). La maison est vraiment très spacieuse. On a apprécié d'avoir deux lavabos, une baignoire et une douche dans la salle de bains (même si on n'était que trois et qu'on prenait des douches dans la baignoire !). Notre chien a aussi manifestement beaucoup aimé l'endroit : les bords de l'Allier notamment. Il s'y précipitait tous les soirs quand on rentrait. On a beaucoup aimé aussi la boulangerie du village. On y achetait quotidiennement des viennoiseries et du pain. Dommage qu'elle soit fermée le mercredi. On gardera un bon souvenir de cet endroit et des différentes visites qu'on a pu faire (le Puy de Dôme, le Puy de Sancy, Mont-Dore Aventures, Vulcania etc.)
