Turn onto a short, tree covered lane and you will arrive at our lake house. The natural shaded lane opens to the house that is nestled among the trees next to the beautiful Sam Rayburn lake. This home has a great secluded rustic feel that serves as a place to relax and enjoy quality times with families and close friends. The great open living area offers beautiful views of the lake through its two story windows. You can see the sunrise from the large shaded deck. The house is located on over an acre in a quiet, wooded upscale and gated neighborhood. It is only 30 minutes from Lufkin and 10 minutes from Zavalla and/or Huntington for restaurants, groceries and gas. It is located on the west shore of the mid lake section of Sam Rayburn where there are a lot of great fishing areas. Being located very near Hanks' Creek Park, boat launching is easy, and the sandy beach right in front of the house offers a safe place to beach your boat during your stay. You can also swim and fish right off the sandy shoreline of the banks. The prevailing breezes off the water as well as the shade from the trees along the shore makes being outside enjoyable.

This 4 bedrooms, 2 baths sleeps 10 people, so bring your family and friends to enjoy it together. Downstairs you will find, in addition to the opened concept living room, two bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, a loft area, and a second larger bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom as 2 twin beds. There is also a loft area with a futon bed and a twin size sleeper chair.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, serving pieces, glasses and dishes. We provide plenty of towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
