Perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, this 4-room apartment is located in the elevator-free Altitude 1500 residence, Font de Cère district.



In a quiet neighbourhood, you can enjoy nature and the magnificent view of the Cantal mountains.



Two possible access points to enter the accommodation, in both cases a few stairs are to be expected.



A free public car park is available in front of the residence.



This superb 80 m2 apartment features a large living room with its magnificent double-sided fireplace and television, a dining area open to a charming fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette appliance, 2 cafetières, toaster,...) all with a magnificent view of the mountain landscapes.



From this large room, you can access a bedroom via a small descending staircase. You will find two 80x190 beds that can be joined to make a 160x190 bed. A television for watching DVDs is available.



Continuing to the other part of the accommodation, you will find the separate toilet, the large master bedroom with its 160x190 bed installed facing the fireplace and its magnificent landscape view.



Going down a few steps, there will then be access to the bathroom with shower and the last bedroom with its 4 beds of 80x190 that can be combined into 160x190 beds.



An annex is available for this rental where you can store your ski equipment and find the washing machine and tumble dryer. An additional toilet, sledges, and cupboards are also located in this space.



Internet is not available in this apartment.



Bed linen and towels not provided - possibility to book through our agency upon request. Animals are not allowed.



An additional ski locker is available in the residence corridors.



Baby cot provided free of charge in this accommodation.
