Superbe duplex Le Grand Cerf
Superb and spacious duplex with classic hunting trophy atmosphere, located in the Altitude 1500 residence in the Font de Cère area.
This accommodation, located on the first level of the building without a lift, will offer you all the comfort and tranquillity you are looking for for beautiful mountain holidays.
With a capacity to accommodate 8 people, the geographical location of this duplex will provide you with access to ski slopes approximately 200 metres on foot and will be perfect for winter sports and departures for numerous hiking trails.
On arrival in the accommodation, you will find on the first level a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a storage space for your ski equipment, a drying area for ski suits, and finally a separate toilet.
On the next level, you can enjoy a large bright living room with a balcony offering a magnificent view of Puy Griou and our other beautiful Cantal mountains.
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, raclette appliance, fondue appliance, immersion blender, food processor, dishwasher, oven, microwave...) open to the living room and dining area will allow you to spend good convivial moments in groups or with family in the utmost comfort.
On this level, there is also a first bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and its private shower room, a second bedroom with two single beds in 90x190 with its private shower room, then a third bedroom with two single beds in 90x190 and its private shower room. Finally, an independent toilet completes this level.
A staircase will lead you to a mezzanine where you will find an area with TV and sofa. At the back of this, a final bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its private shower room will also be at your disposal.
This duplex is non-smoking.
Baby bed and high chair are present in this accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented through our agency.
A parking area is located in front of the residence.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
