Les Hauts de Préclaux is a residence located in the heart of the Bois Méan village in Les Orres, at an altitude of 1800 meters. You will have direct access to the snow front and the departure of the Préclaux chairlift. At your disposal: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and a fitness room open in season (summer and winter).
It forms the central square where shops and restaurants enhance the daily life of your vacation in a good mood and conviviality (restaurants, wine bar, mini-market, snack bar, sports shops, newsagents, bakery souvenirs, ski schools, laundromat, tourist office and daycare center). Surface area : about 41 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : West. View village OR View mountain. Living room with bed-settee, eletric fireplace. Bedroom with double bed (140*190). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80*190). Kitchenette with , special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo), microwave grill, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Bathroom. Separated WC. Balcony. washing machine. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
