This apartment was in an idea location for exploring Sambuca and going to restaurants. It was clean and had spacious rooms for privacy and visiting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and spending time together in the kitchen/living room combo. Due to the number of stairs between floors, you need to be able to carry suitcases up two and three floors to access bedrooms. Our host was helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, historical sites, and grocery stores. Sambuca is a lovely Italian town that was peaceful and fun to stay in!

We all loved our stay at Michelle’s place so much. There was plenty of room for all six of us, and all the necessary amenities. The villa is beautiful and well maintained.

Beautifully renovated in the heart of town

We loved this property! The big great room on the ground floor has beautiful arches and looks out over the Main Street. Entire house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the best part is the rooftop terrace. Amazing view of the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Villa in a great location

This property was recently renovated and lovely inside. It is also centrally located on the Main Street of old Sambuca. Restaurants nearby serve wonderful food at reasonable prices. The owner and caretaker are both super helpful with any questions. Just one caution - like many places in Sicily this Villa has a lot of steps between floors so be aware with very young children or elderly. Wonderful place to stay - hope to come back some day!

Sambuca Supreme

What an awesome experience. Sambuca di Sicilia was an amazing place to visit. Centrally located in Sicilian wine country but only 30 minutes from Mediterranean beaches and an hour from ancient Greek ruins. The town itself has it's own rich history and friendly people. The property is done perfectly matching the old architectural style with all the modern conveniences one could need. Thank you for providing memories for a life time. Tim

Das Haus inmitten des kleinen Dorfes Sambuca di Sizilia ist wunderschön. Die Beschreibung ist in allen Punkten zutreffend und es ist nichts auszusetzen. Man muss sich im Klaren sein daß das gesamte Dorf in die hügelige Landschaft eingebettet ist und dadurch alles am Hang liegt. Man sollte soweit gut zu Fuß sein. Auch im Haus gibt es viele Treppen, die den Charme des Hauses wirklich erhöhen. Auch der Kontakt zu Michelle ( Besitzer) und der Hausverwalterin Chiara war super einfach und unkompliziert. Für unseren Urlaub war alles Perfekt und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Haus
