Within easy walking distance to local beaches and entertainments. Ground floor accomodation with access from quiet road into garden leading to front door.
Open-plan lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen : gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. Lounge with sofabed, dining area. 1 double bedroom. Air conditionning. 1 gallery area with twin beds leading to private sun terrace. Shower room. Separate w.c. Large private garden with sunbeds, bbq and terrace dining plus plenty of shade for relaxing. Parking space.

Perfect place to discover the area perfect for dog owners completely closed with access to a nice pool and nice place to walk the dog around You can reach the center by a short walk , play tennis or paddel next door
