A lovely comfortable and spacious family 2 bed holiday home, sleeps 4/6, with private garden. In a quiet residence with communal pools in the heart of the forest area of Cap d'Agde. Within easy walking distance to local beaches and entertainments. Ground floor accomodation with access from quiet road into garden leading to front door.
Open-plan lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen : gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. Lounge with sofabed, dining area. 1 double bedroom. Air conditionning. 1 gallery area with twin beds leading to private sun terrace. Shower room. Separate w.c. Large private garden with sunbeds, bbq and terrace dining plus plenty of shade for relaxing. Parking space.
Sleeping : 1 Double bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds on gallery bedroom area, 1 double sofa-bed in lounge.
