Why they chose this property
I had a work opportunity that made me travel to Dubai seven years ago. "Welcome to Dubai" was the first thing I heard when meeting people. The population of so many countries makes a very courteous mix of people that ease your everyday life.
I was enchanted and decided to buy a flat and rent it from time to time so that I could use it and travel around in the region. Which I did for seven years. All this was recently a little stopped you know why...

What makes this property unique
After visiting 17 properties I finally found this one with a balcony where nobody can see nor ogle as the tower of JLT 2 are far enough to grant me privacy. The sun gives a lot of light -but does not enter the living room in hot season as it is too high in the sky- being flat SW oriented. It has high ceilings and a layout with no lost of space. The finishing are of good quality. There is a good feeling in this flat. All my "tenants" short term or long term just said the same, which makes me very happy.
