Welcome to our Tahoe Mountain Condo! The condo was recently renovated. It has has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an upstairs loft with a pull out sofa. Full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, and 2 smart TV's.
The location is great in the winter because we are 5 minutes from the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly and a shuttle picks up from our parking lot entrance! . In the summer you can take in the scenic views from the front deck and make the 10-15 minute drive to all the action at the downtown casinos, restaurants, and beaches. Or you if hiking is your thing, a 10 minute walk will take you to the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail, and several others!
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay but please be aware that this is a family friendly building, so if you are looking for a place to party then maybe this isn't the one for you. Our building is a mix of short term rentals, second homes and year round residents. Be advised that there are three flights of stairs to get to the front door. We are only a 5 minute walk to the HOA's Pool and Hot Tub. The hot tub is open year round and the pool is open all summer, however it recently closed for renovations and will reopen in early 2026

Maximum number of allowed vehicles is 2 Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver ’s side dashboard of their vehicles, renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and /or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced
