About this property

Tahoe Mountain Condo with Tree Filtered Lake Views.

Welcome to our Tahoe Mountain Condo! The condo was recently renovated. It has has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an upstairs loft with a pull out sofa. Full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, and 2 smart TV's.

The location is great in the winter because we are 5 minutes from the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly and a shuttle picks up from our parking lot entrance! . In the summer you can take in the scenic views from the front deck and make the 10-15 minute drive to all the action at the downtown casinos, restaurants, and beaches. Or you if hiking is your thing, a 10 minute walk will take you to the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail, and several others!

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay but please be aware that this is a family friendly building, so if you are looking for a place to party then maybe this isn't the one for you. Our building is a mix of short term rentals, second homes and year round residents. Be advised that there are three flights of stairs to get to the front door. We are only a 5 minute walk to the HOA's Pool and Hot Tub. The hot tub is open year round and the pool is open all summer, however it recently closed for renovations and will reopen in early 2026

Absolutely no parties of any kind. And no pets. The 52 stairs make it too difficult to adequately care for a pets needs.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8 am. No loud music and quiet voices on the deck at night. This is enforced by the county
Primary renter must be at least 25 and must provide host with a copy of photo ID before check in. This is mandatory countywide

Stayed here with my older kids and friends for my birthday in August. It was perfect for our group and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in (besides my own). The only downfalls for me was the several flights of stairs to carry up all our belongings and the parking was pretty limited. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was in great shape and was perfect for my family of 5. The host was probably the best host we have ever had. Always communicated and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The condo is about 20-30 minutes from the main south Tahoe drag and maybe a bit further for anything north Tahoe yet we knew that going in so were ok with the drive. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our trip. As advertised, we had plenty of room to relax and sleep. The layout was open enough that no one was left out but we also had our own space. Beautiful spot for a weekend in South Lake Tahoe

Located in the heart of Heavenly ski resort, this property was just 10 min up the mountain from the main drive along South Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views, super quiet and clean. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It doesn’t have AC but thankfully we didn’t need it.
