Petit studio bien aménagé : nombreux ustensiles pour la cuisine, machine à laver. Et balcon avec une belle vue sur l'estacade. Aussi, une machine à laver. Très bon emplacement : parking commerces, restaurants, plage ...etc à proximité.

Acceuil, pas bruyant du tout, et une gentille gardienne (boulot pas facile, pleine de courage)

Appartement tres bien situé en bord de mer non loin de l'estacade de Saint Jean de monts, commerces accessibles facilement à pieds, immeuble calme et point positif pour l'ascenseur pour aller jusqu'au 5e etage !
