Say goodbye to crowded beaches: enjoy exclusive access to a shared beach just 50 metres from your flat. The flat enjoys a privileged lakeside location: it's right opposite the site of the archaeological excavations of the knights-peasants of the year 1000: a journey back in time that you can discover at the Musée du Lac de Paladru (MALP). You can walk to the market on Sundays or do a little shopping in the village on other days of the week (grocery shop, bakery, butcher, chemist, tobacconist/press). Rue des plages, with its lakeside restaurants, is around 300 metres away. If you fancy a trip around the lake, the electric or mechanical bike hire company is just next door, as is the start of the cycle path. Last but not least, hiking and mountain bike trails start from the village of Charavines. So put the car down and enjoy.
In winter, the ski resorts are only an hour's drive from the accommodation, so you can make the most of the snow and snow sports.

Completely renovated in 2024, the 29 m² flat offers a highly functional main room with a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen. If you want to stay connected, the small TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi will ensure you don't miss the news or your favourite series. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a small private terrace, sheltered from view, where you can enjoy an aperitif outdoors. The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe. Finally, a small bathroom with toilet completes the accommodation. The property is equipped with reversible air conditioning, providing gentle warmth in winter and coolness in summer.

Parking:
The flat has a fairly narrow parking space. For larger vehicles, it is possible to park along the road.
