    Sous les toits chaleur accablante sans ventilateur. Après réclamation on a pu en avoir un bruyant et inefficace. Interieur de la porte du frigo cassée, micro ondes hors service, 1 seule casserole, obligation de tenir la poignée du grille pain pour qu'il fonctionne. 4 appareils électriques branchés sur 1 seule multiprise. Nous pouvons vous adresser des photos WC minuscules genoux contre la porte Pas de volets dans la chambre. 1 rideau non occultant. A notre arrivée l'hôtel nous avait oubliés. Nous avons dû l'appeler. Grosse déception.

    J'ai bien pris note de vos réclamations. Par contre je trouve votre évaluation des plus sévères. Concernant la chaleur, il m'était difficile de la prévoir étant donné que je ne suis pas sûr place et que l'appartement était resté fermé. Le ventilateur faisait peut être du bruit mais dans l'urgence je vous ai trouvé une solution de dépannage. Depuis il y a un ventilateur neuf. L'intérieur de la porte du frigo est cassé mais cela n'empêche pas son bon fonctionnement. Concernant les appareils défectueux, il est difficile de deviner qu'ils ne fonctionnent pas. De plus il y a aussi une bouilloire électrique, une cafetière électrique et une autre à piston pour se faire un café, donc de quoi faire Le but premier d'une prise multiple c'est d'avoir plusieurs appareils branchés dessus et pour les toilettes, je suis désolée mais je ne peux pas pousser les murs. En outre je ne suis pas un professionnel de l'hôtellerie et donc pas à l'hôtel, vous étiez chez un particulier. Quoi qu'il en soit tout sera changé dans les brefs délais et l'appartement sera refait. Merci encore pour vos remarques sévères et constructives.

    Communication très fluide avec Anne-Marie. Sa mère nous a accueilli à l'arrivée. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien situé, proche du centre-ville pour les commodités. C'est un bon pied-à-terre pour les activités. Bon rapport qualité/prixBon à savoir: le lit est un ancien modèle (140 x 190?) donc un peu court selon votre taille.
