Residence: Just 1 km from the Belle Bleue beach and 1.5 km from the city centre, Le Campsite Village Abri de Camargue**** is a haven of peace, offering a warm Mediterranean atmosphere in an intimate setting. Located in the heart of a vast wooded estate, this campsite is one of the most beautiful of Grau-du-Roi, nestled in a splendid coastal forest.



Welcome to the Grau-du-Roi, capital of the Camargue, one of the jewels of this region with bright colors where the sun shines 300 days a year! Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, this fishing village invites you to discover its 18 km of blond sandy beaches, its dunes and its marina, just 3 km from the beach of L'Espiguette, ranked among the 10 most beautiful beaches in France, bordering a turquoise sea.



This beautiful aquatic space, composed of two zones, interior and exterior, welcomes you throughout the year. Guests can enjoy an indoor and heated swimming pool, ideal for a few lengths in the morning freshness. As soon as the sunny days and rays of the southern sun arrive, a superb outdoor space awaits you. There is a large swimming pool with exceptional views of the surrounding nature, a slide and a dolphin-shaped fountain for more fun. The little ones can enjoy themselves and play safely in a paddling pool dedicated to them. For a well deserved break, sit on the deckchairs in the shade of the parasols and let yourself be rocked by relaxation.



The low season is ideal for enjoying calm, rest and family moments around board games and other sharing moments. This is the perfect opportunity to devote yourself to reading, devour novels and magazines.

During the weekends, including those extended in May and June, and during the summer holidays (July and August), the team Moderators professionals take over to animate your days and evenings. The activities proposed, dynamic or softer, are suitable for all ages and tastes. You can choose the time that suits you, whether it's for an energetic awakening or a session at the end of the day, with activities like aquagym and aquaform. Many sports tournaments and challenge games will come to rhythm your days.

When evening comes, place at entertainment with karaoke evenings, cabarets, transformist or magician shows, dance evenings with theme and activities offered by the campground teams. The campsite also has a covered, modern and air-conditioned cinema room, which offers public screenings and films for all ages. Available every day from April to September, access is free and free with on-site programming.

The Children's Club (4-12 years old) is open only on weekends in low season, and five days a week, Monday to Friday, in high season (05/07 to 31/08). Children can participate in manual activities, painting, drawing, collective games, and attend shows specially organized for them, as well as meetings with Samy, the campsite mascot.

The Teen Space (13-17 years old) is open in high season (from 05/07 to 31/08) and is located at "L'Annexe", a young space where teenagers meet in the presence of a DJ to spend musical evenings.



The restaurant "Le Sud" offers Mediterranean cuisine throughout the season, with a variety of midday and evening dishes such as meats, fish, homemade pizzas, salads, daily dishes and homemade desserts.

The Snack bar is ideal for a small hunger, with take-away dishes and delicious pizzas. The Supermarket and Bread deposit offer a range of fresh products, pastries, vegetables, take-away sandwiches and regional products.



One Laundry with washing machine and dryer is available, as well as equipment to borrow (table and iron, hairdryer, sports equipment, books, games).

Group barbecues are available (coal to be provided, under permission), and personal gas or electric barbecues are allowed.

Wifi is available throughout the area (with an extra charge), and a free Wi-Fi area (30 min/day) is available on the restaurant terrace.

The campsite also offers the bicycle rental (with surcharge) and a free shuttle in July-August to the beach of the Espiguette, with camping bracelet and hours to consult on site.



The campsite has many activities : multi-sports field (football, basketball, volleyball, handball), boulodrome, table tennis, tennis court (with surcharge), outdoor fitness area and secure children's playground, with various amenities. Walkers and cyclists can explore the area via bike paths and paths. The reception also offers tips for horse riding in the Camargue marshes. In summer, a small amusement park with rides and games is set up near the campsite, perfect for a family outing.
