Winter Texans - We had a last minute cancellation and are available for monthly rates for November thru April. No taxes collected for stays of 30 days or longer. The total amounted quoted may show taxes and that will be adjusted upon confirmation of booking.

Escape to our beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on South Padre Island—perfect for small families and couples looking for a relaxing beach retreat. We are on the second / top floor of a two story condo. The unit was freshly painted in Fall 2025.

Just 5 lots from Gulf Blvd, with quick access to Beach Access #16 which has been upgraded to full ramp access, showers, bathrooms. And the Butterfly Garden Beach Access—your toes in the sand in under 2 minutes.

This was a great find for us for a last minute trip. The condo was spacious and well located. It had plenty of room for our family of four to feel at home while here. There was a bit of a walk to the beach but def doable.

Comfortable Stay

Property was clean with excellent furnishings. Short walk to beach with a nice central proximity to restaurants and activities. Favorite restaurant was Meatball Cafe…definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a condo to stay in while visiting South Padre, this is the one! It is in a great location, close to shopping and great food! The condo was clean and very comfortable. The Host was very responsive as well.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was great. Just a few things. The place was clean but not very clean. It was really dusty. Sofas were worn. The TV set ups were okay but the master bedroom had an issue with the tv remote. We had to buy batteries but the volume didn't work. The front porch light was not working. We enjoyed the pool.

Beach Location

We enjoyed our short stay at this location . Very clean , good location , and anything and everything we could have needed for a staycation was easily accessible! Our only complaint is we didn’t stay longer !

Beautiful, comfortable lodging. Close to beach. Upscale furnishings. Only one thing that does not detract from my rating is the listing did not state the stairs. Im 80 year old disabled veteran, and the steps were a huge struggle for me.

Cozy beach side

It's a beautiful home located right by the beach. Host was accessible when I had questions and made the stay very welcoming. Walking distance from the beach. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. Would stay again.

One of the best places we've stayed near the beach

The condo was clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed using it as a base for exploring South Padre Island. We enjoyed the pool, although we got in it before its weekly service/cleaning so it wasn't immaculate (but was relaxing). Highly recommend and we will see if this condo is available the next time we visit SPI.

Loved all thought that went into this property. Kitchen fully stocked, could use pods or grounds for coffee, and all the chairs, umbrellas, towels and games were quite nice. Thank you for a wonderful space.

The condo is very nice. Lots of space and plenty of room. Everything needed was provided. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect spot for a family vacation.

Great Place

Mr Bennet has helped us book his property twice. Once in March of 2022 and recently in July of 2023. Both a 5 star experience and the property is in the middle of the island with so many fun activities within walking distance. Will most definitely go back

Beautiful condo! Great location!

The condo is lovely and we’ll equipped. It is a very short walk to the beach access, a couple of restaurants and shops, and a Dollar General that carries more than their usual grocery selection. Everything we needed was provided, and more. The only things that we could have used more of were paper towels and kitchen trash bags. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced. Our 14 year old grandson slept on it the first night and he could feel the bars underneath him so he just slept on the sofa the rest of the time. Our other suggestion would be putting something different on the door from the master bedroom to the balcony. The thin white material that is there allows light from outside to come through all night long. Overall a great place that we would definitely stay at again!

Very clean, efficient , beautiful condo!!

This condo is in a central location. It was very well equipped with everything needed and many extras. It is a short walk across to the public beach access and also has a nice pool to enjoy at other times. It is an upstairs unit but has a great balcony overlooking the pool with table & chairs, which we used quite a bit especially in the morning. This unit has two full bathrooms with two very nice bedrooms (1 king, 1queen) which had everything you might need for a weekend stay or an extended week+ stay. I appreciated the fact that all t.v.s and appliances worked and we had no extra issues at all!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and giving us a great vacation out of the hustle of city life!! <3

Welcome to CasablancaSPI/Surfside Landing, our home away from home. I first visited South Padre Island in 1983 and fell in love. There were many vacations with my parents in the '80s and '90s. We had our first "family vacation" in 2000 with three generations playing in the sand and waves of South Padre Island.

In 2009 we made our dream of owning a vacation property in South Padre Island a reality. We look forward to spending more time at the condo. Until then, we would love for you to make your family memories on the shores of the lovely and ever changing South Padre Island.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Staying in a condo is like staying at home...but a lot better. Our upscale condo is clean, freshly painted in 2025, we added new curtains, and two matching recliners in the living room. You can really relax while in the condo and there is plenty of room for the kiddos or a second couple to have their own space. If you love to cook, or just want to make a bowl of cereal, the kitchen has everything you need. What we really love about our condo is the walking distance to the beach. Once out the front door you are only 200 feet to the sand. At the end of the day, it is just enough walk to shake off the sand and drip dry before you jump into the community pool. It's a great way to end a day at the beach.
