This spacious 120 m² house is perfectly suited to accommodate a large family and create unforgettable memories. Its charm and layout offer a warm and friendly living environment.



From the entrance, you will be seduced by the ground floor, where the spacious living room invites you to relax. Equipped with an authentic fireplace, it exudes a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for sharing privileged moments with family or friends.



The kitchen, for its part, is entirely independent and carefully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. You will find a refrigerator, a practical microwave for quick preparations, a high-performance oven to prepare your favourite dishes, as well as a freezer to store your provisions. The equipment also includes a dishwasher for a hassle-free daily life, a coffee maker for your gentle mornings, a toaster for tasty breakfasts, and a kettle for your moments of relaxation with a cup of tea or coffee.



At night, you will find a room with a queen-size bed.



Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed, a room with two bunk beds, a toilet and a bathroom are available to you.



Finally, you will have access to the laundry room where there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.



The fireplace will be accessible to you, but wood is not provided.
