A country house in a hilly setting that you can admire from the large terrace, perfect for meals or sunbathing. A barbecue is available. Next to it are flowerbeds and fruit orchards, all fenced and dog-safe. Private parking is next to the house. Nearby, you'll find a bakery, café, and tobacconist in Fresne Poret. There's a market in Sourdeval on Tuesdays. The driveway is a bit steep and not suitable for sports cars. Risk of getting stuck.
