Quiet and bright lodging in Haute Brenne with private pool and garden
This quiet and bright cottage, converted from recently renovated 18th-century outbuildings, is located on a charming family estate.
On the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall (with separate toilet) leading to a large living room with soft colors, exposed beams and stonework, an open fireplace in the lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen in the dining area. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine ideal for children (two 90 x 190 cm beds) with a TV lounge, a double bedroom (two 90 x 190 cm beds), a large bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds pushed together and an additional 90 x 175 cm antique bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Private garden with countryside views, gravel terrace for meals and relaxation. Charcoal barbecue. The owners' swimming pool (8 x 4 m), adjacent to the cottage, is available from 10 am to 6 pm and accessible from May 15th to September 30th, weather permitting.
Numerous attractions nearby: a fitness trail, children's playground, water play area, pétanque court, and a mini-stadium (basketball/football) 2 km away.
