Private Dock - Neighborhood Boat Ramp - Near Beach & Hiking - Pet Friendly!

Escape to Patricia’s Cottage for an escape to the lake. Perfect for couples, families, hikers, or anglers, this warm and welcoming cottage offers a private dock, a nearby neighborhood boat ramp, and easy access to the state park beach and scenic hikes. Gather around the wood-burning or propane fire pit and watch the neighborhood deer wander by.

Maximum Guests: 8 (Includes sleeping space in the bunk shed)

Dog-friendly: (up to 2 dogs, 50lbs or less, with a non-refundable $50 pet fee). Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dogs on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended.

We regret that our guest felt he was being watched. We greeted them upon their arrival as we happened to be cruising the neighborhood in our golf cart. In addition, as explained in our listing, our boat is stored in the boat barn beside the cottage, so we occasionally need to gain access to it. We also had to move our trash bins to the curb. There is a privacy fence between the cottage and the boat barn specifically so our guests will not feel intruded upon.

Really nice place, quiet and clean. Close trip to the dock to fish, caught quite a few crappie, could use better cleaning area but we had a great time.

Beautiful Getaway

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The deer were everywhere and it was so nice being able to have a boat dock so you can wake up and jump right in your boat to go fishing. Owner was very responsive and has created such a beautiful getaway.

Cozy Cottage

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Smooth and cozy weekend. Enjoyed access to private dock for fishing and boating. We will stay here again was everyone’s comment as we were leaving.

Patricia’s Cottage was perfect for our stay. The host Tracy was also so fantastic and helpful!

This VRBO was easy to book, easy to find and Tracy was wonderful to work with. As for the place it was so clean and really nice inside. I loved all of the updates as well as all of the extras she had available. There was a lot of though out in to this rental and it made for a really great stay.

Very comfortable and peaceful. Love the boat dock!

We really enjoyed this home. There were groups of deer in the backyard every morning and evening. Everything we needed was provided. The boat dock and ramp are a short 5 minute drive and made using our boat so much easier than loading and unloading it every day. If we're in the area we would definitely stay again!
