Great location for downtown cape! Sister weekend for us went well. Only issues: roaches in kitchen and front door was difficult to close/secure.

Comfortable in every way. Lovely little extras and everything you need for a 4 day stay. Nice walk to downtown and rIverwalk. Plan to book again this summer!

The apartment was probably the cleanest we've been in. The florescent lights are just okay. Appliances are quite old, the bathroom was very clean. The beds were clean but not comfortable. The front door hinges are on the outside the door, anyone could just tap out the pins and take the door off its hinges,pretty sure there suppose to be on the inside, would be safer

Perfect for us!

This property is easy to find, the location is so close to downtown. We both found the bed very comfy, the amenities were great. My husband met the downstairs neighbor and he was very nice. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was 100%!

Retreat for a Week

This was a virtual retreat for me. I stayed 4 nights very comfortably in a location that worked well for getting around Cape Girardeau. The neighbors were very considerate of my quiet time! The bed was very comfortable, and the space was inviting.

Cute town/ place

Town was cute and ecclectic, stay at VRBO gave the same vibes. Very clean and fun. We only stayed for 1 night but would love to come back- stopped by Annie Laurie’s, Indie House, Kenny’s Flippin Burgers, Ebb and Flow brewery and Broadway Bistro/vintage store. We recommend all of them!

Super cute and comfortable!

My daughter and I stayed here to get away from the crowds that go with volleyball tournaments and because the pictures online were eclectic and fun! We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities included and at the convenience of getting to the Sportsplex. We were able to walk to dinner at Broussards, and still be at the tourney venue in 10 minutes. This property is convenient to shopping and in a safe neighborhood.

This was a sweet little apartment that had all we needed for a comfortable 6 days I’m Cape. We loved the eclectic decor and the history of the schoolhouse! We would stay there again!

Outside of staying busy with this, I'm married a Captain in the Army National Guard and we live in Kansas City. I'm also a Real Estate Agent and investor. ...and my dad is now too!

BUT DON'T WORRY! These daddy-daughter staycation spots have all the amenities you need and he lives right around town in case you need assistance! We are looking forward to meeting as many people as we can and hope to see you soon!

We loved this building. It was Cape's first Montessori School. We wanted to take the property's history and make it something unique for all to enjoy!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love that we are so close to Downtown and to SEMO. We get a lot of SEMO parents from out of town who can also easily walk downtown and enjoy what Cape has to offer!
